1. Refund Eligibility
RESIP is committed to providing quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. A full refund (minus 5% processing fee) may be granted when: the request is made within 24 hours of purchase, and resource usage is less than 5% (including API calls, bandwidth consumption, IP connections, etc.).
2. How to Request a Refund
Refund request process: 1. Log in to your RESIP account 2. Select the "Refund Request" category in the ticket system 3. Provide your order number and reason for refund 4. Wait for customer service review
3. Processing Time
Refund review takes 1-2 business days. After approval, the refund will arrive within 3-5 business days. Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment channel and may be extended during holidays.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for: • Accounts terminated for violating terms of service or acceptable use policy • Cases involving fraudulent refund requests or policy abuse • Complimentary or promotional services • Service performance changes due to third-party platform policies (not caused by RESIP) • Losses due to user account security issues (such as password leaks)
5. Cryptocurrency Payment Refunds
For orders paid with cryptocurrency (USDT/TRX), refunds will be returned in USDT or the original currency to the wallet address provided by the user. Refunds are subject to applicable gas fees, and processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the user.
6. Special Circumstances
RESIP will handle the following special cases on a case-by-case basis: • System failures: compensation will be provided based on the duration of impact • Duplicate charges: full refund of overcharged amounts • Refund amount disputes: users may appeal through the ticket system, and we will respond within 5 business days
