1. Service Description
RESIP is a platform providing residential IP proxy services, aimed at delivering high-quality, stable, and reliable residential IP resources. Our services include dynamic residential IP proxies, static residential IP proxies, API access, user management panel, and technical support.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Lawful Use: Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations. The service must not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: sending spam, phishing, unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, intellectual property infringement, or interfering with servers. 2.2 User Obligations: Users shall provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information, keep account information updated, comply with platform usage guidelines, and use resources responsibly without abuse.
3. Account Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account passwords, setting strong passwords, and enabling two-factor authentication when available. Any account security issues caused by the user's own negligence are not the responsibility of RESIP.
4. Service Availability
RESIP strives to maintain 99.9% service availability. However, services may be interrupted due to maintenance, force majeure, or third-party service failures. RESIP shall not be held liable for such interruptions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the RESIP platform, including text, images, code, and interface designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create competing products using platform content.
6. Disclaimer
RESIP does not guarantee that the service will meet specific user requirements, that specific platforms will not restrict user accounts, or that all IPs will be available at all times. RESIP shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.
7. Service Changes and Termination
7.1 Service Changes: RESIP reserves the right to modify service features, pricing, or policies. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes. 7.2 Service Termination: RESIP may immediately terminate service for users who violate these terms, engage in illegal activities, or pose security risks, without refund.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in RESIP's registered jurisdiction.
